Le Kazakhstan est un pays d'Asie Centrale assez méconnu par nous les Français (et je pense par beaucoup d'autres pays occidentaux). On imagine parfois que ce grand pays (le 9ème en terme de surface sur le globe, et qui compte 20 millions d'habitants), doit être un lieu où l'on trouve essentiellement un habitat traditionnel et rustique. C'est pourtant là que se trouve cet appartement contemporain et lumineux de 255m2, aux finitions parfaites, réalisé par les architectes Anna Mikheeva et Anna Smirnova de Anna Mikheeva Interior Design Studio dans la ville d'Astana, sa capitale.
Le client souhaitait créer un intérieur qui ne soit pas soumis aux tendances et qui apporte une atmosphère de confort absolu. Le grand atout de cet appartement, outre sa surface, était le nombre impressionnant de fenêtres qui le baignent d'une lumière intense tout au long de la journée. La belle hauteur sous plafond a été mise en valeur par l'aménagement, et a achevé de donner à cet appartement contemporain et lumineux, un aspect à la fois intemporel et actuel. Kazakhstan is a Central Asian country that is relatively unknown to us French (and I think to many other Western countries). We sometimes imagine that this large country (the 9th largest in the world, with a population of 20 millions) must be a place where you find mainly traditional and rustic housing. And yet, that's where you'll find this bright, contemporary 255m2 flat, perfectly finished, designed by architects Anna Mikheeva and Anna Smirnova of Anna Mikheeva Interior Design Studio in the city of Astana, its capital.
The client wanted to create an interior that was not subject to trends and that provided an atmosphere of absolute comfort. In addition to its surface area, the flat's great asset was the impressive number of windows that bathe it in intense light throughout the day. The high ceilings were enhanced by the layout, and gave this bright, contemporary flat a timeless yet contemporary feel.
