C'est dans les environs d'un pittoresque village polonais que cette maison en bois de 75m2 au sol a été conçue par l'architectre Marta Szlachta. C'est une maison aux lignes simples, un simple rectange avec une mezzanine et de grandes baies vitrées s'ouvrant sur son jardin. C'est la nature environnante qui vient contraster avec les teintes neutres choisies pour l'aménagement intérieur. Toutes les pièces principales, le grand séjour ouvert avec sa cuisine, et les trois chambres ainsi que la salle de bain sont au premier niveau. Le second niveau n'accueille que la mezzanine. Le séjour est au centre du plan, et les chambres de part et d'autres, séparant ainsi parfaitement l'espace parent de celui des enfants. Le toit gris et les planches de bardage qui recouvrent l'extérieur, permettent une intégration parfaite de cette maison en bois de 75m2 au sol dans son environnement.

A 75m2 wooden house with simple volumes in Poland

On the outskirts of a picturesque Polish village, this 75m2 wooden house was designed by architect Marta Szlachta. It's a house with simple lines, a simple rectangle with a mezzanine and large picture windows opening onto its garden. It combines modern design and functional space with the elegance of contemporary construction.

The surrounding countryside contrasts with the neutral colours chosen for the interior. All the main rooms, the large open-plan living room with its kitchen, and the three bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The second level houses only the mezzanine. The living room is in the centre of the floor plan, with the bedrooms on either side, perfectly separating the parents' area from that of the children. The grey roof and cladding boards covering the exterior ensure that this 75m2 house blends seamlessly into its surroundings.
