Lors de la rénovation de ce loft contemporain avec piscine situé à Alcudia dans le nord de l'île de Majorque dans le nord, tout a représenté un défi. Les vitres en double hauteur ont un poids de 300kg chaque, et le plafond domine à 8 mètres de hauteur, nécessitant des trésors d'équilibre pour le peindre. Non loin du port de la ville, ce loft à la décoration design avec des accents oranges est une véritable merveille atypique à découvrir.
L'escalier comme une sculpture s'élance depuis le salon, et monte à l'étage dans les nombreuses chambres pour la famille des propriétaires, et leurs amis. De la pierre vient habiller partiellement le mur du salon sur toute sa hauteur, afin de le protéger de la chaleur dégagée par le poêle, un atout chaleureux dans ce loft contemporain avec piscine, et aimé particulièrement par Vanille, la chienne Golden Retriever qui habite là (Vanille est une véritable vedette de la ville, et possède même son compte Instagram ! @golden_vanille). When renovating this contemporary loft with swimming pool located in Alcudia in the north of the island of Mallorca, everything was a challenge. The double-height windows weigh 300kg each, and the ceiling towers 8 metres high, requiring a great deal of balance to paint it. Not far from the city's harbour, this loft with its designer decor and orange accents is an atypical wonder to behold.
The sculpture-like staircase leads from the living room upstairs to the numerous bedrooms for the owners' family and friends. The living room wall is partially clad in stone to protect it from the heat radiated by the stove, a warm feature in this contemporary loft with swimming pool, and one that is particularly loved by Vanille, the Golden Retriever dog who lives here (Vanille is a real star in town, and even has her own Instagram account! @golden_vanille).
