J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de vous présenter les projets réalisés par Compact Housing en collaboration avec Studio Sluijzer. La Yiruma Cabin, dont je vous ai parlé dans cet article, possède une déclinaison, une autre petite maison de 30m2 contemporaine, à la façade enduite en gris. L'aménagement est un peu différent. On notera par exemple, l'absence de cheminée, et la présence d'une mezzanine pour un couchage d'appoint.
L'esthétique est tout aussi raffinée, et la décoration contemporaine classique. Ici encore, la surface est optimisée, et les 30m2 sont agrandis par la présence d'une large terrasse à l'extérieur, qui augmente la surface disponible pour la vie quotidienne. Et si l'on trouve souvent ce type de petite maison aux USA, où on les nomme ADU, et qui sont installées comme studios de jardin pour accueillir famille et enfants, il est à noter que celle-ci est issue d'un constructeur européen, ce qui la rend plus accessible chez nous. The Yiruma Cabin, which I told you about in that article, has its own variation, another contemporary 30m2 cottage with a grey rendered facade. The layout is slightly different. For example, there's no fireplace, and there's a mezzanine for extra sleeping space.
The aesthetic is just as refined, and the decor classic contemporary. Here again, the surface area is optimised, and the 30m2 is increased by the presence of a large terrace outside, which extends the surface area available for daily living. And while this type of tiny house is often found in the USA, where they are known as ADUs, and are set up as garden studios for families and children, it's worth noting that this one comes from a European manufacturer, which makes it more accessible here.
