La Maidla Nature Villa est une cabane contemporaine, la première construite sur ce site, avant deux autres qui viendront s'ajouter à celle-ci.
On y trouve un lit king size, une cheminée, une petite salle de bain. Elle a été dessinée par les architectes du studio b210, et a reçu de nombreux prix. Sa large terrasse augmente la surface disponible pour profiter de la nature. Elle est construite à un mètre au-dessus du sol pour préserver le site sur laquelle est bâtie. Les architectes ont choisi de construire en thermofrêne, un matériau qui possède une couleur chaude et profonde qui contraste avec le bouleau blanc qui l'entoure. Afin de préserver ces arbres, des trous ont été percés dans la terrasse pour les laisser grandir.
