Dans un quartier résidentiel de Madrid, le studio de design Maria del Valle Interiorismo a été chargé de réaliser la personnalisation de cet appartement neuf avec terrasse, pour des propriétaires aimant la décoration contemporaine et l'art. Il s'agissait ici de créer l'aménagement intérieur qui correspondent aux besoins et aux goûts des occupants. L'utilisation du chêne dans la pièce de vie regroupant le salon et la salle à manger apporte chaleur et élégance à cet espace. Les œuvres d'art sont installées pour rendre l'espace plus original, et le mobilier sur mesure permet d'optimiser les surfaces.
Les matériaux haut-de-gamme sont utilisés dans toutes les pièces, on trouve non seulement le bois massif, mais aussi le marbre, le laiton, et des textiles et papiers-peints exclusifs. Le côté pratique n'a pas été oublié, avec de nombreux rangements fermés qui cachent ce que l'on a pas envie de voir, mais les indispensables. L'un des éléments les plus remarquables du projet est la cheminée réalisée par l'entreprise Chimeneas Lumbre. C'est le point focal du salon, et un élément rare dans un appartement. La terrasse enfin, aménagée comme un véritable salon d'extérieur, est le point d'orgue de ce lieu. In a residential area of Madrid, the Maria del Valle Interiorismo design studio was commissioned to personalise this new flat with terrace, for owners with a love of contemporary decor and art. The aim was to create an interior design that matched the needs and tastes of the occupants. The use of oak in the living and dining area brings warmth and elegance to the space. Works of art are installed to make the space more original, and bespoke furniture is used to optimise floor space.
Top-of-the-range materials are used throughout, from solid wood to marble, brass and exclusive textiles and wallpapers. The practical aspect has not been forgotten, with plenty of closed storage units that hide the essentials you don't want to see. One of the most striking features of the project is the fireplace, designed by Chimeneas Lumbre. It is the focal point of the living room, and a rare feature in a flat. Finally, the terrace, designed as a real outdoor living room, is the highlight of the space.
