L'appartement d'une surface de 115m2 se trouve au pied de la célèbre butte, à 10 minutes à pied du Sacré Cœur. Entièrement rénové en 2023, il présente un vaste espace de vie entièrement ouvert et très lumineux grâce à ses grandes fenêtres. Les couleurs primaires y font la loi, tout en contraste, et pourtant avec un équilibre réussi.
On remarque les niches dans le mur bleu du salon, qui accueillent objets de collection et même un écran plat qui devient presque invisible dans cette installation. La décoration s'inspire des années 1970, excepté dans les chambres plus actuelles, où le papier-peint panoramique est présent en tête de lit. La cuisine demi-ouverte sur le salon est plus rustique, et c'est une pièce à la fois pratique et chaleureuse. Cet appartement familial original est une belle découverte parisienne !
