L'appartement d'une surface de 115m2 se trouve au pied de la célèbre butte, à 10 minutes à pied du Sacré Cœur. Entièrement rénové en 2023, il présente un vaste espace de vie entièrement ouvert et très lumineux grâce à ses grandes fenêtres.
