Récemment rénové dans un style contemporain neutre, cet appartement destiné à la location à Madrid se trouve dans un immeuble classique du centre de la ville. S'agissant d'un investissement locatif pour ses propriétaires, l'appartement n'avait aucun objet personnel à intégrer, ce qui a facilité les choix pour la décoration et la rénovation assuré par l'architecte Carolina Sorgi. Elle a assuré la totalité du projet de ce lieu aux hauts plafonds avec de grands plafonds.
Si généralement les appartements locatifs sont banals, ici, ce n'est pas le cas. Cet appartement destiné à la location à Madrid rénové en style contemporain est très élégant. Ses volumes appelaient un intérieur qui les mette en valeur. Le blanc est tout à fait idéal pour ce genre de projet. Une ancienne rénovation avait éliminé tous les beaux éléments anciens comme les moulures, une grande partie du travail a donc été de récupérer l'âme classique de cet appartement, en lui redonnant ses lettres de noblesse.
