It is located in Barnes Landing, at the tip of Amagansett and East Hampton Springs, and while it has all the trappings of a modern home, it is an old building that has been rejuvenated thanks to Athena's talent in collaboration with her neighbour and architect friend, Paul Masi.
The owner's desire was to have a house with a homogenous spirit, both inside and out. She had few requirements, except that it should be timeless, easy to live in and beautiful. When she bought the property in the late 2000s, it was falling apart and the grass was taking over everything. The result is a big, bright house, just as you'd dream of after a perfect renovation.
