Les deux grandes terrasses en plein ciel de ce petit appartement de 55m2 près de Barcelone à L'Hospitalet, sont sans aucun doute son plus bel atout. Mais la rénovation, et la décoration des lieux par les designers d'intérieur de Brákara Studio en est un autre. Il est assez rare de trouver un appartement de deux-pièces comme celui-ci, où la surface extérieure de 64m2 est supérieure à sa surface habitable. C'est un plus indéniable dont chaque personne en ville rêverait. Et dans un pays comme l'Espagne, on en profite encore plus souvent.

Avant sa rénovation, l'appartement était compartimenté et l'accès aux deux grandes terrasses n'était pas évidente. And in a country like Spain, you can enjoy it even more often.
Harmony and aesthetics reign supreme in this flat, with its mix of wood, blue and white. The brightness of the space makes it very pleasant to live in. Before the renovation, the flat was compartmentalised, and access to the two large terraces was not easy. Thanks to the new, more fluid interior design, they can now take full advantage of these top-floor exteriors, where the urban view at night is magical, when all the lights of the surrounding buildings come on.
