Elle a été récompensée par un prix, et son nom signifie "nid". Près du centre-ville, elle offre en effet un refuge de calme et de sérénité, un endroit confortable où se reposer dans un environnement animé. Sa piscine dans son jardin tout en longueur est bien protégée des regards indiscrets par les hauts murs de pierres.
On y retrouve la bâtisse moderne, qui abrite la salle à manger à double hauteur, la cuisine, et la première chambre avec salle de bains privative. La partie ancienne a conservé les portes d'origine, les carreaux de sol, les murs et les plafonds en stuc et peints. L'ancien et le nouveau sont imbriqués de manière intelligente et sont interconnectés par le jardin où se trouve la piscine. La couleur est présente, célébrant les traditions mexicaines, avec en particulier un bleu puissant sur les murs des escaliers qui dessert l'étage, et la terrasse sur le toit.
