Un appartement contemporain de 83m2 sous le signe du bleu
C'est dans un complexe résidentiel moderne que nous découvrons cet appartement contemporain de 83m2 dont l'aménagement et la décoration ont été confié à la designer Anastasia Loukachov de Luka Interior Design. Pour ses propriétaires, le projet consistait à créer un environnement accueillant et moderne pour leur famille, qui soit à la fois esthétique et fonctionnel. L'appartement situé à Kiev en Ukraine, a une surface moyenne et confortable pour une famille avec un enfant, et son aménagement fluide en tire tout le potentiel.
La disposition d'origine présentait trois salons et une cuisine au plan atypique. Le plan a du donc être revu pour correspondre aux attentes actuelles de grande pièce de vie avec une cuisine ouverte, plus conviviale que les espaces compartimentés et fermés. L'impression d'espace est ainsi augmenté par la suppression de cloisons parfois inutiles, et permet à la lumière de circuler librement dans tout l'appartement. This contemporary 83m2 flat in a modern residential complex was designed and decorated by Anastasia Loukachov of Luka Interior Design. For its owners, the project involved creating a welcoming, modern environment for their family that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The flat, located in Kyiv, Ukraine, has a medium-sized surface area that is comfortable for a family with one child, and its fluid layout makes the most of its potential.
The original layout featured three living rooms and a kitchen with an atypical layout. The layout had to be redesigned to meet today's expectations of a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, which is more convivial than the compartmentalised, closed spaces. The impression of space is enhanced by the removal of partitions that are sometimes unnecessary, and allows light to circulate freely throughout the flat.
