Autrefois, tous les logements de ce beau bâtiment construit en 1903 présentaient un plan fait de pièces minuscules et nombreuses (plan en fin d'article). It takes a great deal of professionalism to retain the charm and features of yesteryear in a place that is being extensively renovated.
