Grâce à sa généreuse hauteur de plafond de 3,34 m , ce studio de 28m2 avec une mezzanine de 10m2 a pu être aménagé de façon rationnelle. Situé dans un bâtiment construit à la fin du 19e siècle, en 1889 à Stockholm, il est éclairé en façade par deux grandes fenêtres. La mezzanine qui a une hauteur de 1,30m accueille le lit pour les plus téméraires, car elle n'est pas vraiment protégée. Sous celle-ci, c'est l'espace salon qui a été aménagé, où pour les moins courageux ou ceux souffrant de vertiges, on peut envisager un canapé convertible.

La pièce principale accueille à la fois la cuisine et le salon comme c'est souvent d'usage dans une petite surface comme un studio. Toute la décoration est en tons subtils, clairs pour ne pas amoindrir l'impression de surface, toujours importante dans un petit appartement. Dans la salle de bain, on retrouve un classique carrelage noir et blanc, et dans l'entrée, la seule couleur vraiment forte de tout l'appartement, un rouge profond.

All the decor is in subtle, light tones so as not to detract from the impression of space, which is always important in a small flat. The bathroom has classic black and white tiles, and the entrance hall is the only really strong colour in the whole flat, a deep red.
