C'est un ancien bureau qui est à l'origine de cet appartement de 57m2 agrandi avec une mezzanine qui accueille maintenant ses deux chambres. Lucila, sa propriétaire, est décoratrice et la créatrice de Lucila H. Elle vit ici avec son compagnon Augustin et leur fils, Felipe. Lorsqu'ils ont cherché leur premier appartement à Buenos Aires en Argentine, ils ont privilégié l'emplacement avant la surface. Et c'est en découvrant ce lieu avec un haut plafond qui recelait derrière une cloison, des possibilités d'optimisation, qu'ils ont su qu'ils étaient au bon endroit pour créer leur appartement familial.
Au premier niveau, ils ont installé la pièce de réception, avec sa cuisine ouverte où l'on remarque une table en bois patiné qui est un héritage familial. Le salon s'ouvre sur le balcon, et comme l'appartement est situé en dernier étage, l'endroit est très lumineux. Au niveau supérieur, les deux chambres ont été installées en enfilade. La salle de bain se trouve également au premier niveau. La décoration est à la fois moderne et facile à vivre, parfaite pour un appartement où vit une jeune famille. Bien entendu on pourra trouver que l'aménagement des lieux n'est pas idéal, surtout avec les chambres en enfilade. This 57m2 flat was originally an office, but has been extended to include a mezzanine, which now houses its two bedrooms. Lucila, the owner, is a decorator and the creator of Lucila H. She lives here with her partner Augustin and their son Felipe. When they were looking for their first flat in Buenos Aires, Argentina, they put location before surface area. And it was when they discovered this place with a high ceiling that hid potential for optimisation behind a partition that they knew they were in the right place to create their family flat.
On the first floor, they installed the reception room, with its open-plan kitchen featuring a weathered wooden table that is a family heirloom. The living room opens out onto the balcony, and as the flat is located on the top floor, it has plenty of natural light. The two bedrooms are on the upper level, in a row. The bathroom is also on the first level. The decor is both modern and easy-going, perfect for a flat where a young family lives. Of course, you may find that the layout isn't ideal, especially with the bedrooms adjoining one another.
