Cette ancienne tour de guet devenue à une époque observatoire astronomique date du 12e siècle et se trouve à l'orée d'une ferme fortifiée portant le nom de Fenicia, au bout d'une longue allée bordée d'arbres centenaires. Le paysage environnant est verdoyant, fait d'oliviers et de plantations maraîchères de la propriété. Un escalier en colimaçon unique mène au sommet de la tour, offrant un panorama incroyable à 360°.
La tour appartient depuis toujours à la famille de l’actuelle propriétaire, Alessandra, qui a continué le travail d'entretien de son père Antonio, et pour lui rendre hommage, a rénové l'endroit pour accueillir des hôtes.
