Un appartement de 42m2 à Malaga rénové par un architecte d'intérieur
L'architecte d'intérieur Alberto Torres a pris en charge l' aménagement de cet appartement de 42m2 à Malaga et en a fait un lieu fonctionnel et accueillant. La particularité de ce deux-pièces moderne est de n'avoir qu' une seule entrée de lumière naturelle dans la pièce principale et une largeur de seulement trois mètres pour celle-ci. Son propriétaire souhaitait non seulement revoir l'appartement pour lui-même mais en faire un espace adapté à un couple, et pratique pour accueillir des amis.
Après l'intervention du designer, le choix des matériaux naturels, des bois non traités, des tons neutres et de mobilier de lignes simples offre une atmosphère sereine aux différents espaces. Les sols ont tous été recouverts avec le même stratifié de couleur claire sauf dans la zone cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Conçu pour ceux qui apprécient la sérénité dans un environnement urbain, cet appartement de 42m2 à Malaga allie un style minimaliste chaleureux à une fonctionnalité impeccable. Interior designer Alberto Torres designed this 42m2 flat in Malaga, turning it into a functional and welcoming space. The distinctive feature of this modern two-bedroom apartment is that it has only one natural light entrance to the main room, which is just three metres wide. The owner not only wanted to redesign the flat for himself, but also to make it suitable for a couple, and practical for entertaining friends.
After the designer's intervention, the choice of natural materials, untreated wood, neutral tones and furniture with simple lines provides a serene atmosphere to the different spaces. The floors are all covered with the same light-coloured laminate, except in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Designed for those who appreciate serenity in an urban environment, this 42m2 flat in Malaga combines warm minimalist style with impeccable functionality.
