Anabel Soria, architecte et décoratrice d'intérieur a été en charge du projet de la rénovation de cet appartement à Madrid. Il se distingue par sa fusion de styles, où moulures et éléments vintage sont mêlés à des détails industriels comme la colonne en béton brut. L'appartement qui a une surface de 100m2 nécessitait une remise à niveau pour être au goût du jour, et adapté à la famille de quatre personnes qui en est propriétaire.
La nouvelle organisation est faite d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, de deux chambres, d'un bureau séparé et de deux salles de bain. La combinaison harmonieuse entre les matériaux naturels, les couleurs neutres, et le vert de la chambre principale lui offre une personnalité intemporelle. With a surface area of 100m2, the flat needed to be brought up to date and adapted to suit the family of four that owns it.
The new layout features a large living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate study and two bathrooms. The harmonious combination of natural materials, neutral colours and the green of the master bedroom gives it a timeless personality.
