Un appartement sombre et compartimenté totalement transformé par des architectes
A Madrid, les architectes Pilar Barroso Recasens et Miguel Brieva Zubiramin de BAO Proyectos, ont réalisé un tour de force en transformant un appartement sombre et compartimenté en un logement moderne et lumineux pour un jeune couple. A la base blanche intemporelle, indispensable pour augmenter la luminosité des lieux, ils ont ajouté du mobilier original, des oeuvres d'art et de la couleur. L'appartement possède en outre une terrasse, sur lequel donne le salon.
Une nouvelle réorganisation du plan a été effectuée pour adapter l'espace aux besoins et goûts actuels. Un grand salon a été créé avec une cuisine ouverte avec îlot, ainsi qu'une salle à manger spacieuse pour recevoir la famille de ce couple, elle Irlandaise, et lui Péruvien. En regardant ces photos, on peut constater que l'appartement sombre et compartimenté d'autrefois a totalement disparu au bénéfice d'un lieu d'habitation contemporain et lumineux, où chacun se sentirait bien. In Madrid, architects Pilar Barroso Recasens and Miguel Brieva Zubiramin of BAO Proyectos have pulled off a tour de force by transforming a dark, compartmentalised flat into a bright, modern home for a young couple. To the timeless white base, essential for increasing the brightness of the space, they added original furniture, works of art and colour. The flat also has a terrace, which opens onto the living room.
The floor plan was reorganised to adapt the space to today's needs and tastes. A large living room was created, with an open-plan kitchen and island, as well as a spacious dining room to accommodate the family of this Irish and Peruvian couple. Looking at these photos, you can see that the dark, compartmentalised flat of yesteryear has been completely replaced by a bright, contemporary living space where everyone can feel at home.
