En deux mois, le studio ARCHIPELLES a transformé cet appartement figé dans les années 1960 en un lieu de vie fonctionnel, confortable et harmonieux, destiné à la location. C'est dans le 16e arrondissement de Paris que l'agence est intervenue à la demande des ses clients, avec lesquels elle avait déjà travaillé, pour la rénovation d'un deux-pièces de 32m2. La créatrice du studio, Hélène Paoli, fondatrice du studio, les a accompagnés de ses conseils avisés pour arriver non seulement à équilibrer les surfaces entre les différentes pièces, mais aussi pour respecter le budget qui devait être proportionné au loyer espéré.

Elle a su révéler le potentiel des lieux, grâce à l'équilibre entre le mobilier créé sur mesure en bouleau clair, les pièces de designers aux prix abordables, et le travail des couleurs. La cuisine a été ouverte et est désormais connectée au salon-salle à manger ainsi qu’à l’entrée. Son bar-îlot libère la perspective. L’entrée et la cuisine, habillées de rouge et de jaune, insufflent de la lumière et une dynamique joyeuse. La chambre, sobrement séparée de la pièce de vie par une verrière en bois, permet d'avoir une impression d'espace accrue. Renovating a 32m2 one-bedroom apartment in Paris for rent by ARCHIPELLES

In just two months, the ARCHIPELLES studio transformed this 1960s flat into a functional, comfortable and harmonious place to live and rent. At the request of its clients, with whom it had already worked, the agency renovated a 32m2 one-bedroom apartment in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Hélène Paoli, the studio's founder, provided them with expert advice on how to balance the surface areas of the different rooms, and also on how to keep to the budget, which had to be commensurate with the expected rent.

She was able to bring out the full potential of the space, thanks to the balance between custom-made furniture in light birch, affordable designer pieces and the use of colour. The kitchen has been opened up and is now connected to the living-dining room and the entrance hall. Its island bar frees up the perspective. The entrance hall and kitchen, dressed in red and yellow, breathe light and joyful dynamism. The bedroom, soberly separated from the living area by a wooden skylight, gives a greater sense of space.
