Un élégant relooking avant/après dans un salon et une salle à manger
Daan et Milica ont vécu pendant six ans dans un petit appartement de 40 m2 dans le centre-ville d'Utrecht. Ils ont déménagé ensuite dans cette maison individuelle, où ils avaient beaucoup plus d'espace. Mais devant la difficulté à prendre des décisions pour réaliser leur nouvelle décoration, ils se sont adressés à Vt Wonen qui leur a apporté son aide. C'est la designer Liza Wassenaar qui a été chargée de donner de la personnalité à leur salon et leur salle à manger. Cet élégant relooking basé sur l'utilisation de la couleur saumon correspond à leurs goûts bien différents.
En effet Daan souhaitait beaucoup de couleur et des meubles classiques et anciens dans sa maison, mais Milica, en revanche, préférait un intérieur moderne et minimaliste. Le seul élément sur lequel ils étaient d'accord était de conserver leur table de salle à manger. La designer a donc apporté la couleur saumon sur les murs, le canapé et le plafond, et a ajouté du noir pour dynamiser ce ton qui aurait pu sembler fade et trop féminin. But faced with the difficulty of making decisions about their new interior design, they turned to Vt Wonen for help. Designer Liza Wassenaar was commissioned to give their living and dining rooms personality. This elegant makeover, based on the use of the colour salmon, matched their very different tastes.
Daan wanted a lot of colour and classic, antique furniture in his home, while Milica preferred a modern, minimalist interior. The only thing they could agree on was that they wanted to keep their dining room table. So the designer used salmon on the walls, sofa and ceiling, and added black to liven up what might otherwise have seemed a bland and too feminine tone.
