La couleur verte que l'on retrouve dans différentes pièces de cet appartement classique chic de 93m2 apporte une touche de fraicheur à sa décoration. Situé au rez-de chaussée d'un immeuble ancien construit en 1891 et restauré en 2021, il a été confié à l'architecte d'intérieur Fatima Berezova pour le rendre à la fois actuel et intemporel. Les clients, un jeune couple de photographes, ont laissé une totale liberté créative à l'architecte avec comme seule limite le budget, et leur désir d'avoir du vert comme fil conducteur de la décoration. Afin de lui donner l'allure classique que les propriétaires désiraient, l'architecte a choisi de le décorer avec des moulures en plâtre, un carrelage à cabochons noir, et un parquet à bâtons rompus évoquant les appartements haussmanniens en France.
Et même si le couple aime les objets vintage, il désirait un mobilier neuf pour cet appartement, et celui-ci a été réalisé sur mesure de façon nouvelle, mais en s'inspirant des meubles anciens. La priorité absolue du réaménagement a été l'ergonomie dans les différentes pièces, et la circulation entre les espaces qui se devait d'être fluide et évidente. La cuisine a été déplacée dans l'ancienne chambre et est semi-ouverte sur le salon. La chambre principale a été relocalisée à l'emplacement initial de la cuisine.La conception de cet appartement classique a été guidée par un style qui traverse les années et une palette de couleurs naturelles : blanc, blanc cassé, alliés à des nuances de vert et l'utilisation du bois. The green colour in various rooms of this classic, chic 93m2 flat add a fresh touch to the decor. Located on the ground floor of an old building constructed in 1891 and restored in 2021, it was entrusted to interior designer Fatima Berezova to make it both contemporary and timeless. The clients, a young couple of photographers, gave the architect complete creative freedom, with the only limits being the budget and their desire to use green as a common thread in the decoration. To give the apartment the classic look that the owners wanted, the architect chose to decorate it with plaster mouldings, black cabochon tiling and herringbone parquet evoking Haussmann-style flats in France.
And although the couple love vintage objects, they wanted new furniture for the flat, and this was made to measure in a new way, but inspired by the old furniture. The top priority in the redesign was the ergonomics of the different rooms, and the flow between them, which had to be fluid and obvious. The kitchen has been moved into the former bedroom and is semi-open onto the living room. The design of this classic flat was guided by a style that spans the years and a palette of natural colours: white, off-white, combined with shades of green and the use of wood. Photo: Olga Shangina.
