Le propriétaire de cette bâtisse au style méditerranéen l'a faite rénover par l'architecte Melina Trogolo, directrice de MTD Arquitectura, pour en faire la parfaite maison à la décoration sobre pour les week-ends dont il rêvait. Il est originaire de la Provence française, et vit en Argentine avec sa femme et ses enfants, et ils aiment partir le samedi et le dimanche se ressourcer dans cette maison à Escobar après avoir passé la semaine en ville.
La rénovation de la maison avait commencé avec la crise du Covid, et a pris beaucoup de retard à cause du manque de matériaux et de produits pour la décoration. Mais dès que cela a été rendu possible, le propriétaire a fait continuer les travaux, sans en parler à sa femme, qui a eu la surprise de la voir terminée, alors qu'elle ne s'y attendait pas. The owner of this Mediterranean-style house had it renovated by the architect Melina Trogolo, director of MTD Arquitectura, to make it the perfect soberly decorated home for the weekends of his dreams. Originally from the French Provence region of France, he lives in Argentina with his wife and children, and they love to go away on Saturdays and Sundays to recharge their batteries at this house in Escobar after spending the week in the city.
Renovation of the house began with the Covid crisis, and was delayed by a lack of materials and products for decoration. But as soon as it became possible, the owner went ahead with the work, without telling his wife, who was surprised to see it finished, even though she wasn't expecting it. While its yellow exterior reflects a real Provencal influence, the interior of this soberly decorated house is more neutral, with natural tones that give tired minds a break from the urban stresses of the week.
