La transformation réussie d'un ancien atelier de mécanique à Valencia en Espagne par le studio de design Iroco Estudio, a produit cette maison loft avec cour à la grande personnalité. D'une surface de 200m2, elle a conservé la plupart de ses éléments d'origine, dans un état brut, qui lui donnent un aspect toutefois chaleureux. C'est un espace ouvert avec de hauts plafonds, où la belle lumière crée une atmosphère accueillante.

De nombreuses fenêtres ont été ajoutée à la bâtisse d'origine, pour privilégier l'éclairage naturel. Elles ouvrent sur la cour et mettent en valeur la beauté des matériaux d'origine,  et les éléments structurels de la maison.  Le sol est en béton poli et la décoration fait appel au mobilier vintage que son propriétaire collectionne et trouve dans des brocantes et chez les antiquaires. A loft house with courtyard and original features in Valencia

The successful transformation of a former mechanics' workshop in Valencia, Spain, by design studio Iroco Estudio, has produced this loft house with courtyard with a great deal of personality. With a surface area of 200m2, it has retained most of its original elements in a raw state, giving it a warm yet welcoming feel. It's an open space with high ceilings, where the beautiful light creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Numerous windows have been added to the original building, to maximise natural light. They open onto the courtyard and highlight the beauty of the original materials and structural elements of the house. The floor is made of polished concrete, and the décor features vintage furniture that the owner collects and finds in second-hand and antique shops.
