Cet appartement neuf de 180m2 à Sarria en Espagne avait tout ce qu'il fallait, mais manquait cruellement d'âme. Les murs blancs et les fils électriques sortant du plafond n'incitaient pas à l'enthousiasme, même si sur le papier, il était idéal pour ses propriétaires. C'est l'équipe des designers de Ritual Life qui a été chargée de lui donner la personnalité qui lui manquait cruellement. Le but recherché était de réaliser un intérieur qui corresponde à la façon de vivre de ses occupants, avec un projet pensé globalement dans ses moindres détails. Créer une atmosphère chaleureuse, sereine et calme, avec une pointe d'émotion était au programme.

La décoration contemporaine aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de l'appartement correspond à l'esprit de ce logement moderne. La pierre prédomine dans les espaces communs, créant ainsi le lien nécessaire avec la nature. L'éclairage, quant à lui, est soigneusement conçu, avec des concepts d'éclairages minimalistes. Cet éclairage s'exprime pleinement dans la cheminée décorative, où le feu lui-même illumine l'espace. Un autre espace emblématique de la maison est sa magnifique terrasse. Outre un aménagement paysager spectaculaire, un sol en céramique grand format et une pergola ont été installés, permettant une utilisation toute l'année de ce superbe espace extérieur. A 180m2 new flat in Spain that lacked personality

This new 180m2 flat in Sarria, Spain, had everything you could wish for, but was sorely lacking in soul. The white walls and electrical wires protruding from the ceiling didn't inspire enthusiasm, even though on paper it was ideal for its owners. The Ritual Life design team was tasked with giving it the personality it sorely lacked. The aim was to create an interior that corresponded to the way of life of its occupants, with the project thought through down to the smallest detail. The aim was to create a warm, serene and calm atmosphere, with a touch of emotion.

The contemporary decor both inside and outside the flat matches the spirit of this modern home. Stone predominates in the communal areas, creating the necessary link with nature. The lighting, meanwhile, is carefully designed, with minimalist lighting concepts. This lighting is fully expressed in the decorative fireplace, where the fire itself illuminates the space. Another emblematic area of the house is its magnificent terrace. In addition to spectacular landscaping, a large-format ceramic floor and a pergola have been installed, allowing year-round use of this superb outdoor space.
