Une grande maison avec un espace spa à la décoration contemporaine
Les propriétaires de cette bâtisse, une famille avec trois enfants, ont fait construire cette grande maison avec un superbe espace spa situé au rez-de-chaussée avec sauna, douche, espace de repos, une mini piscine intérieure nommée "plunge pool" et petite salle de massage — tout ce qu’il faut pour que chaque membre de la famille ou invité puisse se détendre à sa façon. Une fois la construction achevée ils ont confié aux architectes d'intérieur Aiya Lisova, Anastasia Klevakina, Ekaterina Tsvetkova, de AIYA Bureau, le soin de lui donner une décoration qui reflète leur personnalité, leur amour pour les voyages et les cultures étrangères. Ainsi ils aiment tous la vie quotidienne du sud en Espagne et le raffinement de l'Italie, mais également la simplicité scandinave. Il fallait donc apporter un peu de tout cela à l'intérieur de cette maison qui a une surface de près de 1000m2.
Des teintes naturelles inspirées de l'environnement, associées à des matériaux organiques, du mobilier italien et des œuvres d'art soigneusement sélectionnées, créent ici une ambiance intemporelle et relaxante. L'agencement initial a été conçu par l'architecte Sasha Lukich de Portner Architects. La distribution fonctionnelle (espaces jour/nuit) et l’ambiance intérieure ont été entièrement imaginées et mises en œuvre par l’équipe d’AIYA Bureau. Le premier niveau est prévu pour recevoir, et le second plus intime avec les chambres et une salle de sport, ainsi que des chambres d'amis. Le salon est un espace ouvert et lumineux doté de trois baies vitrées organisé autour d'un coin cheminée. Un sorte de "jardin d'hiver" est situé à l'étage. The owners of this house, a family with three children, had this large house built with an amazing spa area on the ground floor with sauna, shower, a mini indoor pool called "plunge pool" , a rest area and small massage room - everything needed for each member of the family or guest to relax in their own way. Once the building was complete, they entrusted interior designers Aiya Lisova, Anastasia Klevakina and Ekaterina Tsvetkova from AIYA Bureau with the task of decorating it to reflect their personalities and their love of travel and foreign cultures. They all love the everyday life of southern Spain and the refinement of Italy, but also the simplicity of Scandinavia. So it was important to bring a little of all this to the interior of this house, which has a surface area of almost 1000m2.
Natural colours inspired by the environment, combined with organic materials, Italian furniture and carefully selected works of art, create a timeless and relaxing ambience. The initial layout was designed by architect Sasha Lukich of Portner Architects. The functional layout (day/night spaces) and interior ambience were entirely imagined and implemented by the AIYA Bureau team. The first level is designed for entertaining, while the second is more intimate, with bedrooms and a gym, as well as guest rooms. The living room is an open, light-filled space with three bay windows arranged around a corner fireplace. A sort of ‘winter garden’ is located upstairs.
