Une chambre d'enfant qui change de destin par Joanna Gaines le avant/après
Lorsque les enfants grandissent, il est souvent nécessaire de redécorer et réaménager leur espace. On peut également leur affecter une nouvelle chambre d'enfant, et récupérer l'ancienne pour un tout autre usage. C'est ce que Joanna Gaines a fait dans le cadre de son émission "Mini Reni", en transformant la chambre de bébé de son plus jeune fils Crew, qui avait bien grandi, en une arrière-cuisine, un garde-manger ou un "pantry" comme vous préfèrerez l'appeler. Il s'agit d'une arrière-cuisine à la mode nord-américaine, dont beaucoup chez nous, se contenteraient sans aucun doute comme cuisine principale, n'est-ce pas?
Située juste à côté de la cuisine, c'était la pièce parfaite pour être aménagée de la sorte, mais bien entendu, la designer a su en faire un endroit plein de charme, qui contient même des souvenirs de famille. C'est un projet très personnel qu'elle a mené ici, en donnant un nouveau destin à cette chambre d'enfant (vous découvrirez l'ancienne version en bas de l'article). C'est un endroit sans aucun doute fonctionnel, mais qui possède également une âme rustique et élégante. Le mobilier qui va jusqu'au plafond a été fabriqué sur mesure, et la pièce est à la fois luxueuse et pratique. Une jolie petite table a été installée sous la fenêtre dans la pièce, servant à la fois d'espace pour prendre un café, ou même travailler.

It's a place that's undoubtedly functional, but also has a rustic, elegant soul. The ceiling-high furniture has been made to measure, and the room is both luxurious and practical. A pretty little table has been set up under the window in the room, serving as both a place to have a coffee, or even to work.
