Un avant /après dans une petite maison de ville réalisé par une designer
Lorsque Tim et Roxan ont trouvé leur nouveau logement, il est vite apparu qu'il fallait lui donner une âme plus en accord avec leur personnalité. Ils se sont donc adressés au magazine VT Wonen qui a réalisé cet avant /après dans une petite maison de ville à Haarlem aux Pays Bas, datant du début du 20e siècle. C'est une opération que cette entreprise réalise tous les dimanches pour son émission télévisée "Weer verliefd op je huis" (Retomber amoureux de sa maison).
C'est la styliste Kelly van Gendt qui s'est attelée à la tâche, transformant le salon, la cuisine et même le petit patio de la maison avec un nouveau mobilier et des tons chauds, comme le marron, relevé par des touches de bleu et de orange. Le couple désirait un intérieur chaleureux, pratique et épuré qui mélange leur goûts. Tim aime le bois foncé, et le noir et Roxan apprécie le style doux, romantique et lumineux. So they turned to VT Wonen magazine, which carried out this before and after project in a small townhouse in Haarlem, the Netherlands, dating from the early 20th century. This is something the company does every Sunday for its television programme ‘Weer verliefd op je huis’ (Fall in love with your house again).
Stylist Kelly van Gendt took on the task, transforming the living room, kitchen and even the small patio of the house with new furniture and warm tones, such as brown, enhanced by touches of blue and orange. The couple wanted a warm, practical and refined interior that blended their tastes. Tim likes dark wood and black, while Roxan prefers a soft, romantic and bright style.
