C'est pour son propriétaire, un avocat d'une soixantaine d'années, que cet appartement de 75m2 rénové à Varsovie a été réalisé par le Studio Mistovia. A la fois brut et maximaliste, cet appartement présente un style original avec des espaces ouverts, et des meubles courbes fabriqués sur mesure. La couleur est présente, parfois de manière inattendue, comme dans la salle de bain rose et bleue. C'est le pied-à-terre idéal et reposant dans la capitale polonaise pour cet avocat qui voyage souvent et qui désirait un lieu qui ne ressemble pas à une chambre d'hôtel, aussi belle soit elle.
Ayant habité dans une maison autrefois, le propriétaire souhaitait retrouver de l'espace dans cet appartement de 75m2 rénové à Varsovie très compartimenté autrefois, qui n'est pas immense mais suffisant pour une personne seule. La première étape de cette rénovation a consisté à abattre toutes les cloisons qui étaient présentes, afin de redistribuer l'espace. Une colonne en béton a du toutefois être conservée pour la structure du bâtiment, et exploitée comme un élément important de l'aménagement. Les surfaces en béton apparent sont associées au sol en microciment. This 75m² apartment in Warsaw was renovated by Studio Mistovia for its owner, a lawyer in his sixties. Both raw and maximalist, this apartment has an original style with open spaces and custom-made curved furniture. Colour is present, sometimes in unexpected ways, such as in the pink and blue bathroom. It is the ideal, relaxing pied-à-terre in the Polish capital for this lawyer who travels frequently and wanted a place that didn't resemble a hotel room, however beautiful it might be.
Having previously lived in a house, the owner wanted to regain space in this 75m2 apartment, which was previously very compartmentalised. It is not huge, but it is sufficient for a single person. The first stage of the renovation consisted of knocking down all the existing partitions in order to redistribute the space. However, a concrete column had to be retained for the structure of the building and was used as an important design feature. The exposed concrete surfaces are combined with microcement flooring.
