Un petit appartement de 35m2 à l'aménagement moderne et astucieux
À Madrid, la designer d'intérieur Silvia Trigueros a transformé un minuscule appartement en cocon contemporain, lumineux et plein d’astuces. Dans le quartier élégant de Salamanca, elle a métamorphosé cette petite surface en un écrin lumineux et ingénieux. Situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble de 1915, l’espace, autrefois morcelé en petites pièces sombres, est devenu un petit appartement de 35m2 à l'aménagement moderne qui respire désormais la fluidité et la clarté.
Après une démolition totale, Silvia a conçu un plan articulé autour d’une vaste zone de jour ouverte, réunissant salon, salle à manger et cuisine. Une chambre indépendante et une salle de bains complètent l’ensemble. Détail original : la cloison vitrée de la chambre, à l’élégant encadrement noir, peut devenir opaque sur simple commande électrique, préservant l’intimité sans sacrifier la lumière. Depuis la chambre, l’accès direct à une petite cour extérieure parachève ce petit appartement de 35m2 à l'aménagement moderne à la fois fonctionnel et plein de charme. In Madrid, interior designer Silvia Trigueros has transformed a tiny apartment into a contemporary, bright and cleverly designed cocoon. In the elegant Salamanca district, she has transformed this small space into a bright and ingenious setting. Located on the ground floor of a 1915 building, the space, once divided into small, dark rooms, has become a small 35m2 apartment with a modern layout that now exudes fluidity and clarity.
After a total demolition, Silvia designed a plan centred around a large open-plan living area, combining the living room, dining room and kitchen. A separate bedroom and bathroom complete the ensemble. An original detail: the glass partition in the bedroom, with its elegant black frame, can be made opaque at the touch of a button, preserving privacy without sacrificing light. Direct access to a small outdoor courtyard from the bedroom completes this small 35m2 apartment with a modern layout that is both functional and charming. Styling: Cristina Rodriguez Goitia.
