Grâce à l'intervention d'un designer, ce grand studio en plein centre-ville a eu le droit à une seconde vie. Au cœur d’un bâtiment des années 1950, ce lieu semblait condamné. Murs délabrés, parquet irrécupérable, balcon fissuré, l'appartement offrait un potentiel certain, mais exigeait une rénovation totale. Les propriétaires, décidés à en faire un logement avec du charme pour la location, ont fait appel au designer Sergey Zakharov. Leur ambition : fuir la banalité du blanc, du gris et du mobilier IKEA, pour imaginer un lieu personnalisé. C'est ainsi qu'est né ce grand studio de 42m2 sublimé par l'esprit vintage.
L’ appartement a été ouvert, presque sans cloison, afin de laisser circuler la lumière. Le sol, remplacé par un stratifié, contraste avec les murs repeints simplement, misant sur la sobriété pour mieux mettre en valeur le mobilier. Une armoire tchécoslovaque en ronce de noyer, trouvée en seconde main, est devenue la pièce maîtresse, tandis que d’autres trouvailles locales insufflent de l'authenticité au lieu. Des meubles contemporains viennent compléter ce mobilier ancien, évitant ainsi la monotonie. Thanks to the intervention of a designer, this large studio in the heart of the city centre was given a second life. In the heart of a 1950s building, this place seemed doomed. Dilapidated walls, unsalvageable parquet, cracked balcony, the apartment had certain potential, but required a total renovation. The owners, determined to turn it into a charming rental property, called upon designer Sergey Zakharov. Their ambition: to escape the banality of white, grey and IKEA furniture, to imagine a personalised place. This is how this large 42m2 studio, sublimated by the vintage spirit, was born.
The apartment was opened up, almost without partitions, to allow light to circulate. The floor, replaced with laminate, contrasts with the simply repainted walls, focussing on sobriety to better highlight the furniture. A Czechoslovakian walnut burl cabinet, found secondhand, became the centrepiece, while other local finds add authenticity to the space. Contemporary furniture complements the antique pieces, preventing monotony.
