Dans un immeuble historique construit en  1938, la décoratrice d’intérieur Yuliana Doronina, la créatrice de Doronina Design  a transformé pour elle-même, un   appartement ancien en en lieu où antiquité et modernité dialoguent. La visite nous transporte dans un univers raffiné et créatif à  la découverte d'un endroit qui sort totalement du banal. Dès l’entrée de cet appartement confortable et raffiné de 50m2, on est happé par les grandes fenêtres aux embrasures massives et par les plafonds vertigineux à 4 mètres. L’ancien couloir étroit et les pièces cloisonnées ont disparu au profit d’un grand espace de vie ouvert, baigné de lumière. La cuisine, habilement dissimulée derrière des façades en miroir, reflète les panoramas du quai et se fond dans le décor.

Des matériaux nobles ont été utilisés dans toutes les pièces, et chacune possède sa propre identité. Les miroirs amplifient la lumière et les reflets, tandis que le dressing et un paravent en lin isolent la chambre. Pensé comme un refuge, l’appartement exprime une atmosphère à la fois créative et élégante. Le choix des finitions souligne le dialogue entre passé et présent: parquet à chevrons de style français, marbre Cipollino Fusion, granit Prada Gold, travertin et quartzite Patagonia. Les murs, recouverts d’un enduit multicouche inspiré de la Rome antique, acquièrent au fil du temps une patine qui renforce l’authenticité du lieu. A comfortable and refined 50m2 apartment with a view of the quay

In a historic building constructed in 1938, interior designer Yuliana Doronina, the creator of Doronina Design, transformed an old apartment into a place where antiquity and modernity engage in dialogue for herself. The visit transports us to a refined and creative universe, discovering a place that is completely out of the ordinary. As soon as you enter this comfortable and refined 50m2 apartment, you are captivated by the large windows with massive embrasures and the dizzying 4-meter-high ceilings. The former narrow hallway and partitioned rooms have disappeared in favour of a large, open living space bathed in light. The kitchen, cleverly concealed behind mirrored facades, reflects the quay's panoramas and blends into the decor.

Noble materials have been used in all the rooms, and each one has its own identity. The mirrors amplify the light and reflections, while the dressing room and a linen screen isolate the bedroom. Conceived as a refuge, the apartment exudes both a creative and elegant atmosphere. The choice of finishes emphasises the dialogue between past and present: French-style chevron parquet, Cipollino Fusion marble, Prada Gold granite, travertine, and Patagonia quartzite. The walls, covered with a multi-layered plaster inspired by ancient Rome, acquire a patina over time that enhances the authenticity of the place. This comfortable and refined 50-square-meter apartment combines modern design with ancient aesthetics, and is a deeply inspiring, beautiful, and original personal space.
