Quand un célibataire rencontre une architecte inspirée, cela donne un intérieur qui respire l’audace. Dans cet ancien immeuble en briques des années 1950, l’architecte Ekaterina Yanchenko a transformé cet appartement. Elle en a fait un grand espace fluide, baigné de lumière et de style industriel. Perché au dernier étage du bâtiment, et bénéficiant de cinq grandes fenêtres et d'une hauteur sous plafond importante, cet appartement de 68m2 réinventé est désormais parfait pour son propriétaire. Radicalement contemporain, il s'inspire des lofts new yorkais, avec ses notes d'acier noir et son rouge puissant.
La cuisine, installée entre deux colonnes en briques, devient le cœur vibrant de l’appartement. Un podium surélevé accueille le coin nuit, tandis qu’un mur blanc rétroéclairé adoucit les textures brutes et structure la circulation. Ici, seule la salle de bain a été cloisonnée. Elle a été agrandie et fermée d’une porte en verre cannelé, pour conserver un peu d’intimité. When a single person meets an inspired architect, the result is an interior that exudes boldness. In this old brick building from the 1950s, architect Ekaterina Yanchenko has transformed this flat. She has turned it into a large, fluid space, bathed in light and industrial style. Perched on the top floor of the building, with five large windows and high ceilings, this reinvented 68m2 flat is now perfect for its owner. Radically contemporary, it is inspired by New York lofts, with its touches of black steel and powerful red.
The kitchen, set between two brick columns, becomes the vibrant heart of the flat. A raised platform houses the sleeping area, while a backlit white wall softens the raw textures and structures the flow of the space. Here, only the bathroom has been partitioned off. It has been enlarged and closed off with a fluted glass door to maintain a degree of privacy. Every detail of this reinvented 68m2 flat responds to a desire for comfort without sacrificing style.
