Le studio Special Style signe cet appartement contemporain lumineux de 300m2 au bord d'un fleuve. Un lieu où la rigueur architecturale s’adoucit dans la lumière, entre matériaux nobles et élégance italienne. Dans un immeuble emblématique de la ville, la designer Anastasia Rykova, fondatrice du studio, a réuni deux appartements pour créer celui-ci. Ainsi il possède trois orientations. Il a été décoré avec un design contemporain et serein. Les propriétaires, un jeune couple, rêvaient d’un intérieur classique et moderne à la fois.
Le plan a donc été repensé pour un vaste séjour avec cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et coin salon. Le tout complété d’un bureau intégré, et de deux suites d’amis, chacune avec salle de bain et dressing. Le projet joue sur l’équilibre: portes à panneaux et moulures classiques côtoient bois mat, velours et laques contemporaines. Les tons sobres laissent briller la lumière et les œuvres d’art. Une cloison coulissante en cuir devient sculpture lorsqu’elle ferme le séjour. Le mobilier vient des grandes maisons italiennes : Baxter, Minotti, Porada, Moroso. The Special Style studio designed this bright, contemporary 300m2 apartment on the banks of a river. It is a place where architectural rigour is softened by light, combining noble materials and Italian elegance. In one of the city's iconic buildings, designer Anastasia Rykova, founder of the studio, combined two flats to create this one. It therefore has three orientations. It has been decorated in a contemporary and serene style. The owners, a young couple, dreamed of an interior that was both classic and modern.
The layout was consequently redesigned to create a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area. There is also a built-in office and two guest suites, each with a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. This project plays on balance: classic panelled doors and mouldings sit alongside matt wood, velvet and contemporary lacquers. Sober tones allow the light and the works of art to shine through. A sliding leather partition becomes a sculpture when it closes off the living room. Furniture comes from leading Italian manufacturers: Baxter, Minotti, Porada and Moroso. The result is a simple and elegant ensemble, emblematic of design and perfect for this bright, contemporary 300m2 flat, successfully renovated by Special Style!
