Ce studio minimaliste et modulable de 50m2 en noir et blanc mixe la rigueur des tons monochromes et l' élégance graphique. Pensé pour la location, il prouve qu’un petit budget peut aussi rimer avec endroit stylé. Situé dans un immeuble neuf, il a été repensé par l’architecte Alexeï Ivanov pour Lineout Design pour sa jeune propriétaire installée en Allemagne. Elle souhaitait un lieu chic, fonctionnel et prêt à louer sans dépasser son budget.
Exit le plan d’origine: les cloisons ont été abattues pour laisser place à un agencement clair avec une entrée, une cuisine-salon, une chambre et un dressing. Le cœur du projet, c’est une cloison vitrée, une séparation pour la chambre. Fermée, elle l'intimise. Ouverte, elle fusionne les espaces et révèle tout le volume. La palette noir et blanc donne le ton, relevée de touches brique et des textiles chaleureux. Le mobilier, souvent fabriqué sur mesure, mise sur la simplicité des lignes et la robustesse des matériaux. This minimalist, modular 50m2 studio in black and white combines the rigour of monochrome tones with graphic elegance. Designed for rental, it proves that a small budget can also mean a stylish place. Located in a new building, it was redesigned by architect Alexei Ivanov for Lineout Design for its young owner living in Germany. She wanted a chic, functional place that was ready to rent without exceeding her budget.
The original plan was scrapped: the partitions were knocked down to make way for a clear layout with an entrance hall, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a dressing room. The centrepiece of the project is a glass partition, separating the bedroom. When closed, it creates intimacy. When open, it merges the spaces and reveals the full volume. The black and white colour scheme sets the tone, enhanced by touches of brick and warm textiles. The furniture, often made to measure, focuses on simple lines and robust materials.
