SODA Studio a transformé un appartement de 28m2 en un refuge aérien pour un étudiant. Un plan original, une vue à couper le souffle, et un duo bleu-blanc apaisant, voici ce que propose ce petit appartement confortable. Ce studio de 28m2 baigné de bleu a une forme de trapèze étiré où chaque centimètre compte. Tout part d’une fenêtre spectaculaire: perchée au 23e étage, elle ouvre sur un ciel immense. Le bleu du panorama s’invite à l’intérieur, inspirant la palette du lieu.
La chambre a pris naturellement place près de cette fenêtre. Côté cuisine, un modèle blanc et épuré signé IKEA structure l’espace. Entre les deux, un claustra en bois peint du même ton que les murs joue les séparations légères. Sa trame géométrique rappelle le rythme des fenêtres de l’immeuble d’en face. Impossible d’ajouter un vrai bureau? Une solution astucieuse a été choisie: le rebord de fenêtre fait parfaitement l’affaire. Une prise intégrée pour l'ordinateur, et le tour est joué. SODA Studio transformed a 28m2 apartment into an aerial refuge for a student. An original layout, a breathtaking view, and a soothing blue-white duo, this is what this cosy little apartment offers. This 28m2 studio bathed in blue has an elongated trapezoid shape where every centimetre counts. Everything starts with a spectacular window: perched on the 23rd floor, it opens onto an immense sky. The blue of the panorama invites itself inside, inspiring the colour palette of the place.
The bedroom naturally took its place near this window. On the kitchen side, a clean white model from IKEA structures the space. Between the two, a wooden screen painted in the same tone as the walls provides light separation. Its geometric pattern recalls the rhythm of the windows of the building across the street. Impossible to add a real desk? A clever solution was chosen: the windowsill does the trick perfectly. An integrated outlet for the computer, and the trick is done.
