Un aménagement intelligent pour un studio de 50m2 avec un intérieur pensé comme un système ingénieux sans gros budget
CXEMA Bureau a transformé un appartement compact en terrain de jeu pour idées ingénieuses grâce à un aménagement intelligent. L’équipe a misé sur un podium multifonction et une lumière scénarisée pour optimiser chaque mètre sans dépenser trop. Le jeune ingénieur propriétaire souhaitait que la surface réduite lui offre tout de même toutes les fonctions d’un logement plus vaste. Les professionnels ont donc attaqué le projet avec une logique très maligne. Ils ont installé un podium en contreplaqué qui sert d’estrade, de rangement et de séparation.
Le lit s'est glissé dessus, près des fenêtres, ce qui maximise la lumière au quotidien. La pièce principale regroupe salon et cuisine, tout en masquant ce que l’on préfère cacher. L’îlot surélevé dissimule la zone de cuisson. Les deux petites tablettes qui encadrent le canapé deviennent des bureaux express quand il le faut dans ce studio à l’aménagement intelligent. La zone nuit est placée derrière une cloison légère coiffée de LED fabriqués maison. L’éclairage, piloté par ordinateur, varie selon l’envie. CXEMA Bureau transformed a compact flat into a playground for ingenious ideas thanks to a smart layout. The team opted for a multifunctional platform and dramatic lighting to optimise every square metre without spending too much. The young engineer who owned the apartment wanted the small space to offer all the functions of a larger home. CXEMA'S professionals therefore approached the project with a very clever approach. They installed a plywood platform that serves as a stage, storage space and partition.
A bed was placed on top of it, near the windows, maximising the amount of light throughout the day. The main room combines the living room and kitchen, while concealing what we prefer to hide. A raised island conceals the cooking area. Two small shelves flanking the sofa become makeshift desks when needed in this cleverly designed studio. The sleeping area is located behind a lightweight partition topped with homemade LED lights. A computer-controlled lighting can be adjusted as desired.
