Un deux-pièces coloré et design de 59m2 à Minsk
À Minsk, Kononov Studio a pris en charge ce deux-pièces coloré et design de 59m2 pensé pour un jeune couple qui voulait un intérieur moderne et pratique. Ce petit appartement avait été livré sans finitions à ses nouveaux propriétaires. Les designers ont dû composer avec une structure préfabriquée assez contraignante. Certaines idées ont été adaptées, mais le résultat reste fluide et cohérent. On y trouve un hall, une cuisine-salon, une chambre, un dressing et une loggia. La salle de bains tient sur une petite surface, mais elle reste complète. Baignoire, douche, lavabo et espace pour lave-linge, tout y est.
La palette joue sur des tons chauds relevés par un vert profond et un orange sourd. L’ensemble donne du rythme sans agresser l’œil. Au-dessus de l'îlot de la cuisine on remarque un caisson lumineux, un vrai élément graphique. Un caisson du même style éclaire l’entrée. Le dressing se cache derrière la tête de lit. Un bureau transformable y a été intégré. Cette idée est née avec le télétravail et est une réponse simple aux nouvelles habitudes. Le studio voulait créer un intérieur qui convienne à la personnalité du couple et le pari semble gagné. Bien que ce deux-pièces coloré et design soit compact, son caractère est bien présent. In Minsk, Kononov Studio took on this colourful, designer 59m2 one-bedroom apartment designed for a young couple who wanted a modern and practical interior. This small apartment was delivered to its new owners without any finishes. The designers had to work with a fairly restrictive prefabricated structure. Some ideas had to be adapted, but the result is fluid and coherent. This apartment has a hall, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a dressing room and a loggia. The bathroom is small but fully equipped. It has a bath, shower, washbasin and space for a washing machine.
The colour palette plays on warm tones enhanced by a deep green and a muted orange. The overall effect is rhythmic without being jarring to the eye. Above the kitchen island, there is a light box, a real graphic element. An other light boxe in the same style illuminate the entrance. The dressing room is hidden behind the headboard. A convertible desk has been integrated into it. This idea was born out of teleworking and is a simple response to new habits. The studio wanted to create an interior that suited the couple's personality, and it seems to have succeeded.
