Le salon prolonge la cuisine, baigné par la lumière du balcon orienté sud-ouest. Le parquet à chevrons d’origine souligne l’espace qui bénéficie d'une cheminée arrondie. Le plan traversant offre une circulation simple vers les deux chambres. Dans la salle de bain on retrouve une touche graphique avec le sol à damier noir et blanc.

In this 74m2 family flat, the history of 1936 can still be felt even after its careful renovation, which has preserved its original features. Architect Björn Hedvall left behind intricate details, which were carefully preserved during the renovation. An extension of the kitchen, the living room is bathed in light from the south-west facing balcony. The original herringbone parquet flooring emphasises the space, which features a rounded fireplace. Its open-plan layout provides easy access to the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a graphic touch with its black and white chequerboard floor.
