Un studio de 38m2 repensé sur deux niveaux grâce à une mezzanine
Dans un bâtiment centenaire, ce studio de 38m2 repensé par une designer révèle sa transformation subtile et lumineuse. C'est Serafima Gavrilenko qui a transformé ce petit espace qui avait l'avantage de ne pas avoir de cloisons porteuses. À l’origine, l’appartement comptait deux pièces étroites et aucune vraie salle de bain fonctionnelle. La suppression des cloisons a permis d’optimiser chaque mètre carré sans sacrifier la lumière naturelle.
Les plafonds de 3,20 mètres ont permis d'installer une mezzanine dédiée au couchage. Sous celle-ci, un dressing bas s’intègre discrètement. Le bloc de verre structure les volumes tout en laissant circuler la lumière. Il crée des séparations douces, sans jamais fermer les perspectives visuelles. La diagonale chromatique oppose zones actives colorées et surfaces blanches dédiées au repos. Le projet mêle influences scandinaves, boho, industrielles et méditerranéennes avec une vraie cohérence. In a century-old building, this 38m2 studio, reimagined by a designer, reveals its subtle and bright transformation. Serafima Gavrilenko transformed this small space, which had the advantage of not having any load-bearing walls. Originally, the flat had two narrow rooms and no real functional bathroom. Removing the partitions made it possible to optimise every square metre without sacrificing natural light.
The 3.20-metre ceilings allowed for the installation of a mezzanine dedicated to sleeping. Underneath it, a low dressing room is discreetly integrated. The glass block structures the volumes while allowing light to circulate. It creates soft separations without ever closing off the visual perspectives. The chromatic diagonal contrasts colourful active areas with white surfaces dedicated to rest. The project blends Scandinavian, boho, industrial and Mediterranean influences with real coherence.
