Transformer un ancien bureau en un véritable lieu de vie demande de la méthode, de la créativité et du sens pratique. Ici, chaque mètre carré a été repensé pour créer un appartement de 35m2 optimisé, agréable, fonctionnel et parfaitement organisé. Cette tâche relevait presque du casse-tête architectural. L’architecte d’intérieur Estela López, fondatrice de Deco & Living, a pourtant relevé le défi avec brio. Son objectif était clair : exploiter chaque recoin, structurer l’espace et renforcer le confort au quotidien. Dès l’entrée, un petit hall fonctionnel installe une transition douce entre l’extérieur et l’intérieur. Le papier peint à motif vichy apporte texture et chaleur, compensant le passé très professionnel du lieu. Un meuble à chaussures étroit optimise le rangement sans gêner la circulation. Les affiches botaniques adoucissent l’ambiance et annoncent un intérieur accueillant dès le seuil franchi.
Le cœur de de cet appartement de 35m2 optimisé réunit désormais la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon en enfilade. L’ancienne cuisine a laissé place à une implantation sur mesure, avec des meubles hauts jusqu’au plafond. Cette stratégie multiplie les rangements. La salle à manger associe bois clair et fibres naturelles pour une atmosphère conviviale. La palette de beiges, de blancs nuancés et de bois naturel amplifie la lumière existante. Transforming a former office into a real living space requires method, creativity and practicality. Here, every square metre has been redesigned to create a 35m2 optimised flat that is pleasant, functional and perfectly organised. This task was almost an architectural headache. However, interior designer Estela López, founder of Deco & Living, rose to the challenge with flying colours. Her goal was clear: to make use of every corner, structure the space and enhance everyday comfort. Upon entering, a small functional hall provides a smooth transition between the outside and the inside. The gingham patterned wallpaper adds texture and warmth, offsetting the space's very professional past. A narrow shoe cabinet optimises storage without obstructing movement. Botanical posters soften the atmosphere and announce a welcoming interior as soon as you step through the door.
The heart of this optimised 35m2 flat now combines a kitchen, dining room and living room in a row. Its old kitchen has been replaced by a custom-made layout with ceiling-high cabinets. This strategy maximises storage space. The dining room combines light wood and natural fibres to create a convivial atmosphere. A palette of beiges, nuanced whites and natural wood amplifies the existing light. The living room is designed for relaxation with soft décor. The glass partition between the living room and the bedroom is one of the most judicious choices in the project. It separates the two spaces while maintaining brightness and spatial continuity.
