L'architecte d'intérieur Anastasia Zarkua de Zarkua Design a conçu des espaces raffinés pour un appartement ancien de deux-pièces dans un ancien immeuble de 1905. Cet appartement de 78m2 au style vintage revisite le rétro scandinave avec des couleurs douces. Le mobilier rénové et une technologie discrète de notre époque ont également été intégrés dans l'appartement. Le projet respecte l'histoire de l'immeuble ancien où il se trouve tout en gagnant fonctionnalité contemporaine. La propriétaire souhaitait un remodelage complet intégrant des innovations pratiques sans sacrifier une ambiance chaleureuse et élégante.
Le plan a évolué pour optimiser les rangements, la circulation et les usages quotidiens avec subtilité. La cuisine compacte intègre des équipements complets tandis que le mobilier blanc et chêne est un intemporel. Verts et beiges dominent la décoration accompagnés de moulures hautes et d'un sol graphique en carrelage. Les fauteuils restaurés inspirés par les catalogues IKEA des années 60 complètent l'aménagement du salon. Interior designer Anastasia Zarkua of Zarkua Design has created sophisticated spaces for a one-bedroom flat in an old building dating back to 1905. This 78m2 vintage-style apartment revisits Scandinavian retro with soft colours. Renovated furniture and discreet modern technology have also been incorporated into the flat. The project respects the history of the old building in which it is located while gaining contemporary functionality. Her owner wanted a complete remodelling that incorporated practical innovations without sacrificing a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The layout has been subtly redesigned to optimise storage, circulation and everyday use. The compact kitchen is fully equipped, while the white and oak furniture is timeless. Greens and beiges dominate the décor, accompanied by high mouldings and graphic tiled flooring. Restored armchairs inspired by IKEA catalogues from the 1960s complete the living room's décor.
