Deux-pièces de 29m2 : un aménagement ingénieux pensé par une designer
Dans ce deux-pièces de 29m2 à l'aménagement ingénieux, chaque décision prise par une designer a répondu à des obligations précises. Nadezhda Polyakova, qui a grandi en RDA, a conçu cet intérieur comme une expérience concrète, entre contraintes, astuces d’aménagement et choix de couleurs adaptés aux petites surfaces. Elle a imaginé un plan compact capable d’accueillir deux personnes confortablement. La cuisine et la pièce de vie partagent un même volume ouvert. Un coin bureau discret trouve sa place près de la fenêtre principale. Les rangements intégrés sur mesure libèrent le sol et simplifient la vie quotidienne. Chaque mètre carré est exploité avec méthode pour un impression visuelle agréable. L' organisation favorise une vie quotidienne sereine dans une surface réduite urbaine.
Le contreplaqué est devenu l’élément central du projet pour sa solidité et sa polyvalence. La designer a travaillé la structure puis a collaboré avec un atelier spécialisé local pour sa mise en oeuvre. Cette méthode a garanti une fabrication précise et une installation rapide. Une palette de couleurs lumineuses a été pensée à partir de celle du réfrigérateur rétro. Cet appareil bleu a guidé les choix décoratifs de tout l’intérieur. Quelques œuvres d’art apportent une touche personnelle et le contraste entre bois clair et teintes chaudes dynamise l’ensemble. La chambre équipée d'un meuble-pont est intime et agréable. In this ingeniously designed 29m2 one-bedroom flat, every decision made by the designer was based on specific requirements. Nadezhda Polyakova, who grew up in the GDR, designed this interior as a practical experiment, combining constraints, layout tips and colour choices suitable for small spaces. She came up with a compact layout that could comfortably accommodate two people. The kitchen and living area share the same open space. A discreet office corner has been created near the main window. Built-in custom storage frees up floor space and simplifies everyday life. Every square metre has been methodically exploited to create a pleasant visual impression. The layout promotes a peaceful everyday life in a small urban space.
Plywood became the central element of the project due to its strength and versatility. The designer worked on the structure and then collaborated with a local specialist workshop to implement it. This method ensured precise manufacturing and quick installation. A bright colour palette was designed based on that of the retro refrigerator. This blue appliance guided the decorative choices for the entire interior. A few works of art add a personal touch, and the contrast between light wood and warm colours energises the whole space.
