Près du Val d’Orcia, Villa Mamo est une maison de campagne au design italien du 18e siècle, une ferme ancienne rénovée par ses propriétaires en Ombrie. Ancienne propriété agricole, elle a été  restaurée par Federico et Lou Lou. La décoration de la maison rend hommage à l’histoire du design italien. Les pièces vintage dialoguent avec des lignes modernes, pour un résultat inattendu.  Chaque espace raconte la créativité, entre livres de mode, vinyles et mobilier iconique. Les pièces de vie ouvertes sont complétés par une cuisine professionnelle qui est parfaite pour se réunir.  La maison principale possède des volumes généreux, pensés pour recevoir, lire ou simplement profiter de sa beauté. Une annexe près de la piscine propose deux chambres supplémentaires et une cuisine indépendante, idéale pour les grandes tribus estivales.

À l’extérieur, les vues s’étirent du mont Cetona au mont Amiata, offrant un spectacle permanent. La piscine occupe le centre du jardin, entourée de cultures saisonnières de blé et tournesols. Une grande terrasse accueille les repas, que l'on peut préparer dans  le four à bois. Le potager bio complète l’expérience, où l'on peut cueillir des produits délicieux. An Italian-designed country house in the heart of Umbria

Near Val d'Orcia, Villa Mamo is an 18th-century Italian-designed country house, an old farmhouse renovated by its owners in Umbria. Formerly farm property, it was restored by Federico and Lou Lou. The house's décor pays homage to the history of Italian design. Vintage pieces interact with modern lines, creating an unexpected result. Each space exudes creativity, with fashion books, vinyl records and iconic furniture. The open-plan living areas are complemented by a professional kitchen that is perfect for gatherings. The main house is spacious, designed for entertaining, reading or simply enjoying its beauty. An annexe near the swimming pool offers two additional bedrooms and a separate kitchen, ideal for large summer gatherings.

Outside, the views stretch from Mount Cetona to Mount Amiata, offering a permanent spectacle. The swimming pool occupies the centre of the garden, surrounded by seasonal crops of wheat and sunflowers. A large terrace is perfect for meals, which can be prepared in the wood-fired oven. The organic vegetable garden completes the experience, where you can pick delicious produce. The property, accessible by a dirt road, is a haven of peace.
