As soon as you enter, it gives an impression of calm, thanks to its spaciousness and light. Located on the fourth floor of the building, this small renovated flat has retained its parquet flooring, woodwork and decorative stucco. The soft grey walls highlight the period details, and the ceiling height of nearly 3 metres changes the perception of space. Natural light flows generously through the large south-facing windows. A metal cabinet structures the space and slightly separates the sleeping area from the living room without creating a clear divide. The layout is practical and pleasant for everyday living.

The kitchen occupies a central position and is surprisingly large for a studio. Visible from the entrance, it benefits from a large window that lets in plenty of light. The dining area is naturally located near the window. The white cabinet fronts complement the wooden worktop, creating a soft and timeless contrast. An old pantry, which has retained its original door, is a reminder of the apartment's past. The removal of the wall separating it from the living room enhances the feeling of space. The lines are simple, the storage space well thought out, and the flow smooth. This semi-open kitchen is a real living space, both functional and welcoming.
