In a 1929 building in Gothenburg, this 37m2 studio with a large semi-open kitchen has been carefully designed. As soon as you enter, it gives an impression of calm, thanks to its spaciousness and light. Located on the fourth floor of the building, this small renovated flat has retained its parquet flooring, woodwork and decorative stucco. The soft grey walls highlight the period details, and the ceiling height of nearly 3 metres changes the perception of space. Natural light flows generously through the large south-facing windows. A metal cabinet structures the space and slightly separates the sleeping area from the living room without creating a clear divide. The layout is practical and pleasant for everyday living.
