This 52sqm in the attic, a two-room apartment is decorated in a contemporary style that blends wood with geometric lines. The space was thoughtfully designed by Finterio Studio. It is a bright, well-optimized retreat where natural light highlights the reinvented spaces. The original floor plan featured a series of small rooms ill-suited to the owners’ needs. The partitions were removed to make way for an open, modern space.
Natural light floods in generously from the moment you enter. The eye travels freely to the far end of the large living area. This space combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen in a single, open layout. Movement flows naturally and seamlessly between the zones. Under the sloping ceiling, the bedroom has found its place. It offers total comfort thanks to discreet yet well-thought-out features. Thanks to this flawless layout, the space feels larger than it actually is. The atmosphere is serene and conducive to rest.
Wood serves as the unifying element throughout these 52sqm in the attic, from the floors to the built-in storage. Its warm hue creates a cozy and tactile feel. In contrast, a few black accents add energy to the soft, natural tones of the space. The textiles are understated, using light shades that soften the contemporary lines. The blinds filter the light and bring a lot of softness to the rooms.
