Dans cet appartement de 55m², c'est la récupération d'une cave qui a permis l'installation d'une chambre en sous-sol, donnant ce que l'on appelle dans le langage immobilier français un "souplex", terme barbare s'il en est,  totalement intraduisible dans la langue de Shakespeare. Il ne faut pas être trop claustrophobe car la chambre est illuminée  seulement grâce à la petite lucarne en hauteur et par la lumière provenant de la pièce du haut.

In this 55m² apartment it's the recovery of a cellar that led to the establishment of a bedroom in the basement, giving what it's called in the French real estate language as a "souplex" barbaric term if need be,   totally indescribable in speak English. You should not be too claustrophobic because the bedroom is lit only by the small height skylight and the light coming from the upper room.
