La rénovation d'un petit appartement en bois et briques à Barcelone

S'il ne fait que 42m², ce petit appartement n'en possède pas moins une forte personnalité. Sa rénovation a été conduite par le studio d'architecture et de design intérieur Coblonal et a consisté en une nouvelle distribution des espaces ainsi que sur la mise en valeur des éléments d'origine, comme les briques et le plafond voûté catalan. Le bois est également omniprésent et sa couleur chaude s'associe parfaitement aux éléments anciens conservés. Le sol quoiqu'il semble ancien est neuf, en effet, il a été impossible de conserver celui qui était en place car en trop mauvais état. Il a donc été remplacé par un nouveau carrelage dont le design s'inspire de ce qui se trouvait là à la construction de l'appartement.

Renovation of a small wooden and brick flat in Barcelona
Although it is only 42m², this small flat nevertheless has a strong personality. Its renovation was carried out by the architecture and interior design studio Coblonal and consisted of a new distribution of spaces as well as highlighting the original elements, such as the bricks and the Catalan vaulted ceiling. Wood is also omnipresent and its warm colour blends in perfectly with the preserved antique elements. The floor, although it looks old, is new, as it was impossible to preserve the original floor because it was in too bad condition. It was therefore replaced by a new tile whose design is inspired by what was there when the flat was built.
