Il a été rénové en profondeur, et présente un espace totalement ouvert, où la chambre est installée en surélévation avec sa salle de bain. Sa conception a été menée par Guillaume Van Durme pour Ego & Utopia

In Antwerp in Belgium, this 114m2 design and authentic loft with a beautiful terrace is housed in a former coffee roasting factory dating from 1909. It has been thoroughly renovated and has a completely open space, where the bedroom is set up on a raised floor with its own bathroom. It was designed by Guillaume Van Durme for Ego & Utopia.
