C'est aux architectes de Babel Studio, et à Marçal Bonadona, que les propriétaires de cet appartement de Bilbao, Marta et David, ont fait appel, pour réaliser la rénovation de ce lieu très délabré. Situé au centre de la ville historique, l'appartement était très lumineux et plein de potentiel. Après une année de travaux, l'ancien local compartimenté en six petites pièces est devenu un bel endroit avec deux chambres, où on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit même si sa surface est d'à peine 59m². Renovation of a well-appointed two-bedroom apartment in 59m2 only
The owners of this flat in Bilbao, Marta and David, called upon the architects of Babel Studio, and Marçal Bonadona, to carry out the renovation of this very dilapidated place. Located in the centre of the historic city, the flat was very bright and full of potential. After a year of work, the old premises, which was divided into six small rooms, has become a beautiful place with two bedrooms, where you never feel cramped even though its surface is only 59m².
